The SAA High Performance Policy is currently being updated, the outgoing version will be found on our Policy page at 11. High Performance, new Benchmark scores and Barebow information along with a few other details will be updates in the near future.
· High Performance Program is open to all SAA Members ages 13 to 20 good standing provided they meet all the criteria listed in the policy.
· Athletes are required to submit a $200 fee per year as a self-help initiative for the High Performance Program to assist in offsetting the cost of obtaining experts to enhance the value of clinics. Fee includes a t-shirt and an Exercise band.
· Athletes must compete in both seasons (indoor and outdoor).
- Athletes may join at any time. This program is designed to be ongoing.
Canada Winter Games 2027 Team
Selection of the team will be from High Performance Program participants
More details to come as they are available, currently awaiting the games Technical package to be released to finalize selection requirements.
