**All records must be shot while in possession of a valid SAA membership**
Step 1:
You must participate in one of the following “Registered Archery Canada Events” hosted by a SAA Affiliated Club.
· Indoor Target (World Archery)
· Outdoor Target (World Archery)
· Outdoor Field
Step 2:
You must shoot a score higher than the previous set one, according to the records currently posted on the SAA website. https://saskarchery.ca/saskatchewan-records
Step 3:
Complete Scorecard
· Ensure you have tallied up your score
· Ensure you have completed your card in full (name, date, SAA number, hosting club, and category)
· Get the judge to print their name and sign your card using red pen. **Must be a Provincial level judge**
Step 4:
Send a copy of your scorecard by email to the Records & Awards Coordinator listed online. https://saskarchery.ca/board-of-directors. Your email submission must include the following:
· Included in the body of the email:
o Full name
o Category
o Your home club
o Date of shoot
o Location of shoot/Hosting club
o Type of shoot
· Attached image/scan of your completed and signed scorecard
NOTES:
· Submissions must be done within 30 days after the competition, or the record will be voided.
· If you have any questions regarding records. Please discuss with a SAA Judge at the registered shoot or contact the SAA Judges Coordinator.
· All Distances and target sizes must follow Archery Canada rules and guidelines. https://archerycanada.ca/resources/rules-book/

Step 2:
No Submissions are required. Records will be posted online within 7 days of the event.
